Bielka Tortorelli is a graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University, and is a New York State Bar Member. She began her career in banking law until she decided to change in order to help her people. A daughter of inmigrants from Ecuador, she deeply understands the situation of many inmigrants, which is also why she decided to open the Law Center, which serves the needs of those who need it the most, as inmigration problems can often have a devastating and enduring effect on most people’s lives. Seeking out a qualified lawyer who can make a difference can and will have long-lasting effects, and is not an option for those in this situation.
